All orders placed with NZ Wellness Market USA are shipped through India Post EMS (Express Mail Service) or Registered International Airmail, depending on the selected shipping method. Follow the steps below to track your order:

International shipments sent through India Post use one of the following tracking formats:

Begins with EE (or another two-letter prefix), followed by 9 digits, ending with IN.

Begins with RA or RR, followed by 9 digits, ending with IN.

If your tracking number follows a different format, your order may have been shipped via an alternate courier. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Tracking Information Not Available Yet?

If your tracking details are not showing up immediately, there is no need to worry. This is completely normal.

Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours after dispatch to appear in the postal system.
During peak periods or holidays, updates may be delayed slightly longer.
If no tracking updates are visible after 72 hours, please contact our support team with your order details.

Please keep your shipping confirmation email until your order has been successfully delivered — it contains your tracking number, which is required for all support inquiries.

Customs Clearance

For international deliveries, your package may be held temporarily by customs authorities in the destination country for inspection or document verification.

Tracking updates may pause for a period while the package is with customs. This is completely normal.
Customs clearance can take anywhere from 1–7 business days depending on the country and volume of shipments.
Any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
A pause in tracking updates during this period does not indicate a problem with your shipment.

Order Not Delivered?

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date, please contact our customer support team immediately with:

Your Order Number (found in your order confirmation email)
Your Tracking Number (found in your shipping confirmation email)
Your shipping address and contact details

After reviewing your case, we will investigate the shipment and — where applicable — arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
